Our Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Most custom orders ship within (5-10) business days from the order date. Some may take longer, and that will be communicated. We provide USPS / UPS shipping for all items from East Coast Laser Engraving. We DO NOT use freight shipping. All of our products are carefully wrapped and packaged, not crated, but only boxed.

 

Once your items are ready for Pickup or shipping, you will be notified via text that they are prepared to leave our gift shop. Shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days.

We need someone to be home for inspection upon delivery and to make sure there is no damage.

Inspection upon delivery

Please inspect your item upon arrival from the shipper. Sometimes, things happen, and if an item arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to inspect it and return it to the shipper from whom it was delivered, so that they can, in turn, return it to us. If not, you’ll be responsible for returning the item if you’d like us to fix it! We would be happy to do so!

Liability

We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage caused through the use of our products purchased through this website, be it indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption, or the like).
